Finding Peace in a Negative World

Life feels lighter when we let go of anger instead of carrying it with us. Walking away from negativity is not escaping; it is moving toward peace. Being with people who bring joy makes our path brighter. Protecting our mind is an act of self-respect and self-love. True happiness does not come from others; it grows within us.
